Our Booking Policies
Arrival Policy | Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled in order to respect other clients’ bookings. Deposits are non-transferable in the event of late arrival.
Payments | Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled in order to respect other clients’ bookings. Deposits are non-transferable in the event of late arrival.
Cancellations & Rescheduling | We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.
1-Week Guarantee | We offer a 7-day grace period from your appointment date. If your tooth gem falls off naturally within 7 days (and aftercare has been followed), you may return for one complimentary reapplication. This policy does not apply to gems that have been intentionally removed, picked at, or damaged due to impact.
Before Gem Application Instructions
Please brush and floss your teeth before arriving.
Avoid whitening treatments at least 7 (seven) days prior.
Do not attend your appointment with lip gloss, lipstick, or heavy makeup around the mouth area.
If you’ve had recent dental work, please wait 2 (two) weeks before booking.
Eat beforehand — you won’t be able to eat for 1 (one) hour after application.
Gem Aftercare Instructions
First 24 Hours: Avoid crunchy, hard, or sticky foods.
Do not pick, play with, or touch the gem.
Avoid electric toothbrush directly on the gem for the first day.
No whitening strips or bleaching products.
Brush gently around the gem twice daily.
Floss normally (avoid snapping floss against the gem).
Avoid biting directly into very hard foods (nuts, ice, lollies).
Gems typically last 2–12 months depending on placement and care.
If your gem falls off within 7 days of application, you are eligible for one complimentary redo. After 7 days, reapplication fees apply.
