After you book an appointment, don’t forget to fill out an intake form!
ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled in order to respect other clients’ bookings. Deposits are non-transferable in the event of late arrival.
PAYMENTS
We currently accept PayPal and Bank Transfer. Card payments will be available soon. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at your appointment time.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.
AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
Tooth gems require proper aftercare to ensure longevity. After your appointment, you will receive detailed care instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines, including:
• Avoiding hard or crunchy foods for the first 24 hours.
• No picking, touching, or playing with the gem.
• Maintaining good oral hygiene.
1-WEEK GUARANTEE
We offer a 7-day grace period from your appointment date. If your tooth gem falls off naturally within 7 days (and aftercare has been followed), you may return for one complimentary reapplication. This policy does not apply to gems that have been intentionally removed, picked at, or damaged due to impact.
